The final deadline for submissions is Sept 5, 2008. 


Entry Form: 
Please fill out the entry form completely and sign it. A separate entry form is 
required for each title; please feel free to photocopy the form. There is NO submission fee.


Eligible Formats and Preview Copies:  
The festival can only accomadate DVD or VHS formats (sorry no beta SP, etc). 
All preview tapes should be labeled, on both the tape and the case, with the title and running time.
If you wish your preview tape returned, you must provide a stamped, self-addressed mailer. 


Materials: 
In addition to your entry, please send b/w stills, color photos and/or any other 
press kits, reviews or other publicity materials you may have.


Notification: 
If your entry is accepted for exhibition you will be notified by October 1, 2008. If 
your entry is not accepted you will be notified by October 30, 2008. 

Awards
The 2007 Spokane GLBT Film Festival offers two film awards.
	Audience Choice Award - is conducted at the festival by asking audience members to rate
	 films from 1-10. The highest averaging film is awarded the title. Notification occurs within 5
	 days after the festival is completed. The winner is awarded the title of Audience Choice 
	 Award, the film is posted on our web site as the winner and the director receives $100 cash 
	 prize.
	The John M. Deen Memorial Film Award - is voted upon by the festival film committee and
	 will be announced before the festival. The award will be given to the film that most 
	 exemplifies the spirit of long-time Spokane activist John Deen by honoring a film that promotes 				     the continuing struggle for human rights in the GLBT community. The award also includes a 	     monetary prize of $100 to the film maker. 


Shipping: 
Exhibition copies must be sent to the festival prepaid. The festival cannot accept 
nor assume responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit. In case 
of loss or damage during the Festival, the responsibility of the Festival is limited 
to the costs for repair or replacement of the print. Once a film is submitted for 
entry, it may not be withdrawn. Please mail your entries to:
